Bad Everything and They Don't Care. This lousy airport restaurant is a combination of all the bad things an airport restaurant can be - high prices, bad food, rude manager and indifferent staff. Do yourself a favor and starve.

The 12th Fairway is the restaurant at PSP, beware of your credit card charges. On Nov 9th 2019 we had lunch prior to our flight to Seattle. We ordered a BLT and Nacho's the bill came to $25.57, Linda tipped $6.00. When Linda checked the bank upon returning home she found someone (Jeanne was our server) had added a zero to her tip making it a $60.00 tip and the charge was now $91.57. We have tried to contact their corporate office but no one is responding to voice mails. We did contact the bank so we'll deal with the issue via our bank. Someone at the 12th Fairway Bar and Grill is a thief.

Waited 20-min for table service. Couldn't get a waiter to even look at us. Gave up, ordered from the to-go counter, took another 15-min. 35-min later we had our mediocre food!

Great place great service amazing food!

One individual in particular ruined my experience at this restaurant. We left before we were served. Extremely rude and sarcastic. Server’s name was Sam.

Was able to find a table outside (self seating at that time) and server came quickly. However he did not warn me of what items weren't on the menu for food. A customer was able to have them change a TV to play CFL which I've found extremely difficult in other states!!

Place has to have the worst service in America. Hands down.

Food was OK, much too slow for an airport restaurant.

Everyone else seems to getting the worst service except for me. Really made me feel special and made for a memorable experience

Fish tacos were solid. +1 star for the ambiance. +1 Star did being edible given most airport food isn’t. +1 Star for good service.

Easy seating, quick service. Pricey because of its in-airport location.

I can't believe for an airport at Palm springs they would have this restaurant there. Food was practically inedible. Threw my burger away half way through and awful fries. All this for 20 bucks. What's weird is people around me seemed content as if it was a good place to eat. A burger king or a popeyes would be better suited there. Don't waste your time and money.

Decent food and not to overpriced like most airport places

Sat for 20min before a waitress came over. Then we were told an hour plus for food. No one actually had any food at their tables. Trust the reviews. This place sucks

Horrible customer service. None of the staff acknowledged the growing line of people wanting to pay for grab and go. It took 20 minutes for any acknowledgment and then the food that some did order to go was ice cold.

Horrible. Service is 🙈Tatiana cashier girl was rude and gave me wrong order!!! I wasted my $10 on soup that I didn’t know they got wrong until I was on the plane. Now I’m sitting in 18F holding a gross bowl of meat chili I have no interest in eating. If only these windows opened 🙄

Best chicken strips ever! no jokes

Paid $18.99 for a Turkey BLT w/ avacado aioli and a Coke. They forgot the bacon and the aioli. Cashier didn't seem to care at all that the order was wrong.All in all a terrible place, but the only place you can get a beer after a certain time, so you'll have to deal with it.

Got our order wrong and food was served cold.

I stopped by the to-go counter about an hour before my flight. It is nice that the option is available when you don't have time to sit, but they did tell me it would be a 35 minute wait for food. I chanced it and ordered the bacon cheddar burger and fries. It was $14.99 plus tax - not surprising for an airport. The burger was fine at best, good bacon, thin and seemingly previously-frozen patty, and standard toppings on a very dry-approaching-stale bun. Small amount of aioli. The fries were undercooked to the point that I threw them away. All in all not amazing, but choices are limited at the PS Airport.

Excellent on February 6, 2019. Prompt friendly service at the bar. Cali burger with sweet potato fries was delicious and plentiful. Burger cooked rare and served with blue cheese and wing sauce as requested. Lots of guacamole. Pricing in line with most airports. I-10 IPA was very good.

Our server was rude and sour, despite our intention to understand that challenges around arriving with a short window prior to boarding. The last thing I wish to do is make someone’s job more difficult. However, our experience was quite sour and downright rude. I do not believe it represents the style and ethos of our desert community. ps. I still tipped really well because chances are the boss still pays the female server at the airport a lower wage than she deserves. #dontsettle #donttakeadvantageofwomen

OMG! We didn’t even get to try any food because we couldn’t get anyone to take our order. Getting a beer is like pulling teeth. We were continually told our server would be over. Well she came, we ordered but nothing came. Went to the bar, they wouldn’t serve me because we were in a server section. We also tried to go to the carry out window to order food, they wouldn’t take our order either because we were sitting in a server section. We finally did get a beer. We will get home tonight about 10:30pm and will be very hungry. On a better note, this was the biggest disappointment of coming to Palm Springs. The rest was great!

We should have checked the reviews before ordering any food. Food was tasteless and simply banal. In California with all the pending regulations, state should ban this place!

actually zero stars... staff added $3 to my debit card transaction - this is theft!

I have been coming to Palm Springs for 13 years and we have reached a point where this place is THE butt of our jokes leaving. Service has consistently been terrible. But at least they are consistent!! LOL

Afternoon service was quick and friendly this time with well prepared food. Average sandwich prices are around $10-15. I've been here before where service was really slow but food was still good on that occasion.

Great place to hang out before your flight. Food is nothing special but the patio is beyond great and the indoor section kind of cozy. Full bar, great music! Coke products!

It's a good thing we don't have too many options while waiting for our flight or this place would tank. Very slow service. It took quite a while for the server to acknowledge my existence. After taking my order, my chips and salsa that I ordered as a starter showed up just as my entrée showed up. A woman next to me ordered a glass of wine but was presented with a wine that she didn't order upon return of the wine it was funneled back into the bottle to be served again. The place just seems understaffed and the ethics that management hold their employees to is poor.

I see a bunch of low ratings for this place but that was not my experience, at all. I had a bacon cheese burger and it was quite good. What made my experience even better was Angela, the bartender who served me. She was funny and always on top of everyone's needs. Good job, Angela.

Low end even for airport food. Burger was very dry and tasteless. Bun and fixings were fresh. Sevice ok. Expensive. I would be sure not to eat at the airport next time.

Terrible food. Turkey BLT with cheap rubbery processed turkey, rubbery undercooked bacon, mushy tomato. Yuck, never going back.

The server had a kind smile. He was swift in taking our order and bringing the food. Cute too ☺️. The burger and nachos were top notch aho. The outdoor patio was simply delightful, as the planes land you can hear the engines briefly as they come to a stop. Charming place.

Rude silver lady bartender won't get to it. Totally rude. Food sucks. Service sucks. Theme sucks. You're not a golf course club house. It's an airport. Can someone buy this place and start a real establishment? Hate it EVERY TIME I FLY out of my home court airport.

Very fast and good service on the waitress end of things. Food quality not so good. Quickly made, thrown together with little or no effort. Pub style but not as good. Plastic plates, which makes sense for the fast flow of things. The Turkey BLT was literally slapped together and they forgot the chipotle, so it was just dry bread, tiny slice of the end of a tomato it was a sad sad sandwich with little on it!! Photo's to show. We never complain, but just had to, the waitress brought a new one, that was better. Photo at the end to show that also. Cob salad was ok. Chicken strips were decent. They are one of the few food options, so I dont think they really need to care like they should.

Staff are extremely rude and food is stale. Would not recommend.

Average food typical airport food, good service!20 bucks for a burger and soda.

Staff appeared rushed and frustrated which in turn caused them to be short/rude toward customers. I observed a table of four people who had seated themselves outside. Evidently they had seated themselves in a “closed section,” although there lacked any kind of signage that would have made them aware that the section was closed. Rather than inform the two couples that they were seated in a closed section, staff chose to ignore them. When one of the people at the table inquired as to why no one would wait on them, the server, in a rude and condescending tone, told them they had seated themselves in a “closed section.”We ended up getting our meal served after a lengthy wait and the food was mediocre at best. I assume they are only still in business based on a lack of other dining choices in the airport concourse.

I had no idea when I ordered the loaded nacho with chicken, what I was in for, it was enough to feed 4 to 6 people. I ate about 1/8th of it and was stuffed, it was very good. Service was good and friendly and very accommodating!

Unless you have two hours before your flight, just skip it.

Tuesday 5:40 pm restaurant not even half full, staff standing at the bar talking to each other, no attention to the clients, waited 20 min before they noticed me at the table, very rude service, never come back again

The staff are runned off they're feet and obvious they have no time for their customers. I understand its an airport restaurant but the service is terrible. Took forever to get service and food was cold when I received it. Being that its the only restaurant after check in means that they could care less and they'll continue to operate short staffed

Grabbed some sweet potato fries on a whim from the takeout window and definitely one of the best I've ever had. Strongly recommend

Absolutely terrible stay away. Completely misrepresented. Had the turkey BLT. No bacon and dryer than a popcorn fart. Fries were stale couldn’t even finish. Wife had a salad it was just ok. They gave us dirty glasses. And your completely rushed from start to finish. Your probably better off getting a sandwich in a bag. So when explaining to a manger our situation. I got a whopping 10% off. Thanks Steve. That barely covers the no bacon on the blt. Completely disappointing wish there was a no star option.

Understaffed.Hello overpriced for what you get kale Caesar with grilled chicken was a pre-packaged.And they have a cat that lives in the back corner they call him a fairway and stares at you while you eat

1. I waited 10 minutes then had to ask someone for a waitress. 2. The drinks are watered down. 3. Food is edible at best.

Took over 20 minutes to get menus and water. And only because we had to get up and tell someone that we had been sitting for so long with no service at all and once the water was ordered that took at least 10 minutes. For 4 waters... Ordered food. Asked for no bacon and no avocado on the burger. Came with bacon (and avocado even though I didn't notice at the time because of the glaringly obvious bacon on the burger). I sent it back... the brought me the same plate back with the bacon just taken off the same burger (I know because there was still a few crumbs of bacon remaining on the burger). We were running late (you know, because it's an airport restaurant so people obviously have flights to catch and we waited for so long for initial service) so I just dealt with it. Then noticed the avocado. Ridiculous. Hire more people and train them better.

March 9, 2020. Terrible! Worst airport restaurant I have ever been too and I travel a lot. The restaurant is chronically understaffed and although I arrived more than an hour and a half before my plane was to take off, it took forever for a wait person to come and clean my table and then forever to come and take my order. Then it took forever to get my fish tacos. The fish tacos came without any sauce and were dry and tasteless. Then it took forever to try and get cashed out and by this point my plane was nearly boarded. I asked to speak to a manager but there was no one on site. Palm Springs airport - DO BETTER!!!Never again.

Waitress was ruuuude! We did take out and sat at the wait table while waiting for our food. We decided to eat there on that table and she approached us and threatened to kick us out coz she had a line coming in. There was none and she loved to argue. When we left and checked out the area there were tons of empty tables. The ladies in the take out counter were much nicer. But that rude waitress is one that can ruin your vacation
